Country store sign in Pomfret Ct

Only in New England would you find this sign!   Here is a country store located right on Rt 44 going through Pomfret Ct proudly displaying this sign for “Udderly Fantastic Meats.” This store is the real deal and has been there for as long as I can remember, creaky wood floors, old time display shelves and fantastic sandwiches and grinders…..you may notice the way groceries is spelled….grocries, hope it’s not short for gross groceries!
